Accommodation at the Taj Santacruz comprises of 279 rooms & suites. All are modern in design with warm colours and chic textured furnishings make for a sophisticated stay. Spacious in size, the lead in rooms start at 44 sqm and ensuite bathrooms have standalone bathtubs. Taj Club rooms are larger and enjoy range of benefits. For more space and privacy, book Junior or Luxury suites that have sitting areas and offer stunning views of the airport, pool and city.

Facilities at the Taj Santacruz include three excellent restaurants within the hotel, ranging from Riviera-style Mediterranean cuisine at Rivea, afternoon tea at Tiqri and fresh produce at China Inc. There is an outdoor pool or you can head to the Jiva Spa offering a Ayurvedic treatments and massages. One day, head south to Nariman Point to view the impressive Gateway of India, the Church Gate, Flora Fountain, Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus, and the Haji Ali Mosque.

Stay Taj Santacruz features 279 rooms & suites. All are modern in design and optimised for a good sleep with double glazed windows, king-size beds and pillow menu. Taj Club rooms enjoy services of a lounge with canapés and cocktails. Each bathroom features a separate bathtub and shower. The Luxury Suites have a spacious living room in addition to the bedroom with a powder room for a little extra privacy. There is also a spacious Presidential Suite with a pantry, dining space and a mini-bar.

ChildCare Families with children are welcome to stay at Taj Santacruz but there are no specific facilities available. Babysitting service can be arranged, upon request. 

Dine There are three restaurants at Taj Santacruz offering a wide range of excellent cuisine. The China Inc restaurant offers favourite Chinese dishes including live dim sum kitchen and extensive varieties of the speciality Chinese teas. Relish the French and Italian Riviera style cuisine at the Rivea restaurant or head to Tiqri for a wider choice from Malvani fish curry with rice to a Mexican platter to Boutique Burgers. The adjoining Tiqri Bar offers signature cocktails and the global single malts and wines.

Relax Facilities at the Taj Santacruz include a 24-hour fitness centre with a jacuzzi and Jiva Spa with ancient wellness treatments, a perfect way to unwind after a long day travelling or sight-seeing. Guests who have access to the Taj Club Lounge can enjoy an exclusive continental buffet breakfast, tea/coffee service and evening cocktails here. 

Experience Local attractions include the impressive Gateway of India, modelled on the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, and the beautiful Pherozshah Mehta Gardens. Check with the concierge at Taj Santacruz on how to get to the Church Gate and from there explore Flora Fountain, Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus, and the Haji Ali Mosque. Alternatively, take rickshaw ride through the Bollywood hills and then visit the industrial-chic hotspots of Lower Parel with various restaurants and cocktail bars. 
 


 

Location Taj Santacruz can be found just 10-minutes from the International airport and 2-minutes from the domestic airport in Mumbai.

Getting there 9-hour flight to Mumbai Chattrapathi Shivaji International Airport. Taj Santacruz is 10-minutes from the airport.

When to go Generally, the best time to visit Mumbai is between October to April when the relative humidity in the air is low. In the months of August and September Mumbai celebrates its biggest festival the Ganesh Chaturthi when massive idols of the divine figures are carried to the sea beaches where they are submerged. The event is a spectacle of true Indian culture that no one should miss. It is best to avoid the monsoon months (June to September) while planning a trip to Mumbai.
