On arrival guests are given a health and wellness check where short and long-term needs are addressed and appropriate activities are recommended. At the heart of Chiva-Som International Health Resort is the ultra-modern spa with an impressive array of facilities including 21 treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy suite with computerized spa massage baths and a floatation chamber for de-stressing. However, it’s not just about exercise – meals are overseen by a Cuisine Director, who holds a Master’s degree in anti-aging and has cooked alongside celebrated Michelin-star chefs.
 


Stay Chiva-Som International Health Resort has 58 stylish rooms and suites, including Thai-style pavilions as well as villas with sweeping views of the ocean below. The newly renovated Ocean View Rooms are in the central building and have a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The traditional Thai Pavilions are grouped together and three rooms share a terrace and outdoor sala, while the various Suites include a dining area, dressing room, mini pantry and two bathrooms.

ChildCare Families with children of 16 years old and above are welcome to stay at Chiva-Som International Health Resort. The resort is designed with adults in mind and therefore is not suitable for children.

Dine Chiva-Som International Health Resort has two restaurants specialising in healthy food. Each of these restaurants brings to the plate freshest produce from its organic farms which are delicately mixed with herbs and spices to create healthy meals. The Emerald Room serves an award-winning Wellness Cuisine, either indoors, on the terrace or on the inviting ‘Talker’s Table’, while The Taste of Siam with exceptional views of the ocean serves food and drinks for those not on such a strict diet.

Relax Facilities at the Chiva-Som International Health Resort include a library, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, yoga, pilates, Tai Chi and many more fitness classes, fully equipped gym, holistic medicine, water sports, 70 treatment rooms, kinesis studio and watsu pool.

Experience Activities at Chiva-Som International Health Resort are tailored to each individual but include daily massage, foot exercise, aqua aerobics, yoga, pilates, Tai Chi and many more classes. There is a busy schedule in the resort but the popular activities in Hua Hin include kitesurfing and other water sports. Location Chiva-Som is located in the Royal city of Hua Hin on the Gulf of Thailand, 185 kilometres south of Bangkok.

Getting there 11-hour international flight to Bangkok International Suvarnabhumi Airport. Chiva Som is 3-hours 30-minutes from Bangkok.

When to go Hua Hin has a tropical climate with high humidity and occasional rain. It is typically pleasant, and can be enjoyed all year round. Generally, the best time of the year to visit Hua Hin is in the cool season from November to February, but for those who like it hot can visit from March to May. The rain in Thailand usually comes in short sharp bursts. It doesn't usually drizzle for long periods of time.
