The Peninsula Bangkok – Riverside Luxury in Thailand

The Peninsula Hotel in Bangkok, is located along the Chao Phraya River. Its wave-shaped design, inspired by its riverside location, ensures all rooms have uninterrupted panoramic views of the river, and the city. ChildCare Children are welcome to stay at The Peninsula Bangkok. The restaurant has a children's menu and there is a family suite available. The Peninsula Kids' Academy provides hours of fun for 4-12-year olds with culinary and cultural activities. Babysitting service can be arranged, if requested.


Dine The Peninsula Bangkok has seven indoor and outdoor dining venues. These include an award-winning Cantonese Mei Jiang restaurant and The Thiptara, specialising in authentic Thai cuisine. Relax The Spa at the Peninsula Bangkok is located in a stunning three-storey Thai colonial-style building by the river. Location The Peninsula Hotel in Bangkok, is located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya, in Bangkok. The hotel has a complimentary hotel ferry for the Saphan Taksin Skytrain station, that connects with the city centre. 


Getting There There are direct (11-hour) international flights from the UK to the Bangkok International Suvarnabhumi Airport. Peninsula Bangkok is a 45-minute drive from the airport.


When to go The best time to visit most of Thailand is between November and March as this is the coolest time of year. March-Jun brings the hot season when sightseeing is best scheduled for morning or late afternoon. May, September and October are the wettest months and between June and August, you can still visit Bangkok although you will get some rain. During this time, there are fewer tourists and the landscape is lush and green.
