The hotel takes its design cues from the legendary capital of 14th-century Siam, with magnificent stupas and pagodas, re-imagined in comfortable modern forms. The Zen atmosphere is carried through to the 210 guest rooms and suites, decorated with Thai Silks, teak wood and earthy colour palette. Gourmet restaurants serve authentic Thai and classic Italian cuisine, while the large outdoor pool and tranquil indulgent spa offer a good reason to spend an extra day at this urban oasis.

Celadon, the hotel’s signature restaurant, floating on a man-made island surrounded by lotus pond, provides a serene setting for classic Thai cuisine. La Scala is a fine-dining Italian eatery offering pizza, pasta and salads, and Colonnade is famed for its endless Sunday brunch with a splendid choice of seafood and there are bars and cafes.
