Six Senses Ninh Van Bay – Secluded Villas in Vietnam

Six Senses Ninh Van Bay is a luxurious eco-chic resort, set near Nha Trang on the southeastern shores of Vietnam. Accessible only by boat, the resort occupies a romantic setting with 58 spacious pool villas. Each of these are elegantly decorated and blend harmoniously with the natural environment either on the hillside, beachfront, the water’s edge or over the rocks. Gourmet restaurants serve Asian-fusion cuisine focussed on fresh catch of the day. The fantastic Six Senses spa offers a range of treatments and there is a wide range of water sports available.

Stay Six Senses Ninh Van Bay features just 58 villas, grouped in four types. Water Villas are perched directly on the water’s edge with wood steps leading down into the sea. The Rock Pool Villas are perched between the granite boulders with plunge pools set into the rocks. Hilltop Villas have spectacular vistas of Nha Trang mountains and the East Vietnam Sea, whilst the Beach Front Pool Villas offer direct beach access. All villas have butler service and stunning outdoor plunge pools.

ChildCare Families with children are welcome to stay at the Six Senses Ninh Van Bay. There is a Kid’s Club offering supervised activities available for children aged 4 years and above. Babysitting service can be arranged, upon request.

Dine There are three restaurants located in various stunning locations around the Six Senses Ninh Van Bay resort. The barefoot Dining by the Pool restaurant features an open kitchen and is a casual lunch spot. The hilltop Dining by the Rocks, serves contemporary fusion food in an outdoor setting with breathtaking sea views and the Dining by the Bay, spans over two levels and features an Asian-fusion inspired menu with open views across the bay. Custom dining includes BBQ at your villa, dinner on the jetty, in the wine cave or on a private beach.

Relax There is a lovely swimming pool, and an indulgent Six Senses Spa at Ninh Van Bay offering traditional Vietnamese therapies and signature treatments. These include customised detox programme and rejuvenating oxygen facials provided in themed treatment rooms with lavish interiors. Those who like to stay active can try out the fitness centre, tennis courts, volleyball pitch, badminton courts or attend yoga sessions.

Experience Six Senses Ninh Van Bay is ideally placed for relaxation, but its proximity to Nha Trang and its prime position in a calm and sheltered bay, means that you can enjoy many activities and excursions on water and on land. The Experience Centre offers scuba diving, paddle boarding, hobiecat sailing, kayaking, snorkelling, water skiing, wake boarding, fun tube, fishing trips and boat charters. On land activities include bicycle, jeep and motorbike to visit islands, villages, waterfalls and more.

Location Six Senses Ninh Van Bay is situated on the dramatic Ninh Van Bay with its impressive rock formations overlooking the East Vietnam Sea, white sand beach and towering mountains behind. Close to Nha Trang on the east coast of Vietnam, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay is accessible only by water.

Getting there Cam Ranh is the nearest airport, and is served by domestic airlines from Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi. Upon arriving at Cam Ranh Airport, it takes 60-minutes by car to the Six Senses Lounge in Nha Trang City. It is then a short 20-minute boat ride to Six Senses Ninh Van Bay.

When to go The best time to visit Nha Trang is between March and April, although anytime during the dry season (January to August) is good. Nha Trang is protected by the Truong Son mountains and this costal region of Vietnam is generally sunny all year round, with the exception of the wet season from August to mid-December, when you can expect strong sea breezes and chilly, wet weather.
