Villa Inle Resort & Spa - Lakefront Luxury in Myanmar

Spread over more than 20 acres of land in Nyaung Shwe, the resort is nestled within a lush tropical garden boasting easy access and stunning views of the lake. Designed for the modern eco traveller, the resort has deliberately kept the number of rooms to the bare minimum, so as to reduce the impact on the environment and provide the sense of living in the jungle.

This boutique Villa Inle Resort features 27 secluded lakeside villas, safely tucked within its natural surroundings. Each villa is supremely stylish and spacious, featuring a king-size bed, a lavish bathroom, panoramic windows and a private balcony. All are ecologically designed with high wooden ceilings and spacious living areas and bathrooms, and equipped with all the necessary mod-cons, such as air conditioning, 32-inch flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, and free Wi-Fi.

The lakeside restaurant serves a selection of Western, Burmese, local Shan and Inthar cuisine, prepared with ingredients sourced locally or from their own organic garden. The Villa Inle Resort’s spacious spa with four treatment rooms has qualified therapists. There is also an infinity pool, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magnificent sunset views over the lake. In the surrounds are ancient pagodas, villages with indigenous tribes and the famous leg-rowing fishermen.
