Choose from a range of Ayurvedic, holistic and natural body treatments to relax, awaken and revitalise your jaded senses.

Experience The major attractions around the Hotel by the Red Canal and the city are Mandalay Hill, the Mandalay Palace, Shwenandaw Monastery, Maha Myat Muni Pagoda, Atumashi Kyaung, Kuthodaw Pagoda, and the Zegyo Market, the oldest and most important market in Mandalay. Location The Hotel by The Red Canal in Mandalay, is a small boutique hotel located in the centre of Mandalay, near the famed Mandalay Palace and the city’s many attractions. Set not far from the Mandalay Palace, it is ideally placed to explore and experience day-to-day life in Mandalay.

Getting There Yangon airport has undergone a major renovation and facilitates both international and domestic terminals. There are daily flights from Yangon and Bagan to Mandalay during the tourist season from October to May. It takes about one hour and thirty minutes by air from Yangon.

When to go The best time to visit Myanmar is between October and April when the weather is dry and not so hot. At this time the warm and sunny days are ideal for sightseeing throughout the country. The temperatures start to rise in March and May to September is best avoided as this is the rainy season when sightseeing can become difficult.
