Tour Tarragram, an innovative paper-making plant established to empower local tribal women. This plant uses recycled clothing and wood pulp for its paper production. Embark on a drive to Kathmandu, stopping by the renowned Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) on the way. Arrive in the capital city in the afternoon and familiarise yourself with its landscapes on an orientation walk. Kathmandu's highlights include the globally acclaimed Durbar Square, the King's Palace, Pashupatinath's cremation sites, and the Boudhanath Stupa. Swayambhunath, Kathmandu valley's oldest and most mystical holy shrine, is noticeable from afar, thanks to its towering white dome and sparkling golden spire. To access Swayambhunath, ascend 365 steps up the hill. The area around the stupa is a tableau of temples, religious images, and an array of other sacred items.
