Tiger Blue Indonesia

Stay Tiger Blue features just 5 air-conditioned en-suite cabins. These include two Master Suites (one of which is on the upper deck). There is another large cabin with king-size bed (that can be converted to single beds), a smaller cabin with two single bunks and a family cabin which can sleep four, located towards the front of the boat. The on-deck master suite enjoys spectacular views of the changing seascape from either side of the boat.

ChildCare Families with children are welcome to stay at Tiger Blue. The boat has been specially designed for families with different age groups.

Dine The executive chef onboard Tiger Blue, serves a mix of Asian and Western cuisine, prepared with fresh ingredients wherever possible. Being on water, it’s natural to accept that most meals are focussed on sea food and catch of the day. Meals are served on the Upper Deck which has a dining table and ample space for relaxing. All meals, soft drinks and beers are included in the daily rate, while international brand spirits and wines are available at a charge.

Relax There are ample spaces on the main deck of Tiger Blue, which has plenty of loungers for topping up the tan or relax with a sundowner. Alternatively, you can anchor near a remote island and relax on a white sandy beach or go kayaking. Picnic lunches or BBQ dinners by the beach can easily be arranged. Cocktails and canapés on a private beach whilst watching the sunset are a must. Onboard is a salon with audio video equipment & satellite phone.

Experience The Tiger Blue itinerary is tailored in consultation with the client with options to include remote islands, trekking, bird watching or komodo dragon tracking. Divers can enjoy upto 4 divers per day which are included within your charter. Complimentary watersports include wakeboarding and waterskiing as well as sea kayaking and snorkelling. Hiking is possible on the grassy slopes of Komodo island and heights of Raja Ampat offering great vistas.

Location Indonesia

Getting there All expeditions require a short domestic flights from Bali to some of the smaller outlying islands in the Indonesian Archipelago. As a general rule, due to flight times, you will need to spend a few nights either side of the expedition in Bali. For the Raja Ampat expeditions, fly from Bali to Sorong. For Komodo Island expeditions, fly from Bali to Labuan Bajo.

When to go Straddling the equator, Indonesia tends to have a fairly even climate year-round. Rather than four seasons, Indonesia has two – wet and dry – and there are no extremes of temperature between winter and summer. Given the different climates throughout the archipelago, the vessel is able to operate different expeditions at different times of year. The high season in this region runs from November through April.
