Arrive in Colombo and begin your luxury tour of Sri Lanka. A friendly team will greet you and take you to your hotel. Settle in and relax at your elegant accommodation. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel or head out to try local dishes like Sri Lankan curry. Colombo’s streets are full of energy, with colonial buildings, colourful markets, and a lively waterfront. This first night gives you time to unwind and get ready for an exciting journey through some of the most beautiful and cultural parts of the island.
Travel to Anuradhapura, one of Sri Lanka’s oldest cities and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On the way, stop at Munneswaram Temple, an ancient Hindu temple with a long history. In Anuradhapura, explore ruined palaces, towering stupas, and the sacred Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi tree. Learn about the ancient kings and their impressive city planning.
