Villa Samadhi: Luxury Boutique Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

Villa Samadhi is a small boutique hotel, set in a quiet residential area in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Designed like a single villa, this antithesis of Kuala Lumpur’s big business hotels, enjoys an excellent location on a leafy street in the embassy district. Built with old re-used timber, natural bamboo, and thatched roofs, this luxury boutique property is perfect for travellers who like to enjoy simple, personalised luxury in a hotel with charm and character while still being in the heart of the city.

Housed within the Villa Samadhi are just 21 rooms. Each are spacious and uniquely designed like a villa, with polished wooden floors, huge four-poster beds draped in fine cotton sheets and some with private plunge pools. A pavilion-style restaurant overlooks a curvaceous lagoon-like pool that winds around the resort, providing beach-like tranquillity. Don’t miss dining at the Tamarind Springs (resort’s sister restaurant) serving delicious Thai-Indonchine cuisine.

Kuala Lumpur's most important landmarks and attractions are all within easy reach from Villa Samadhi. Both the City Centre and the Petronas Towers are less than three kilometres away, while the Pavilion shopping centre is less than a ten-minute drive. Just outside the city and easily by a short train ride are Batu Caves. Other interesting sites include the National Museum, the Islamic Art Museum, the Thean Hou Temple and the Sri Mahamariamman Temple.
