The story

Our journey to design this unique tour of Pakistan began with a deep-seated curiosity and a desire to uncover the hidden treasures of a land less travelled. The idea took root during an adventurous trip through the Northern Areas, where we were captivated by the breathtaking landscapes, the rich tapestry of cultures, and the warm hospitality of the people. From the towering peaks of the Karakoram to the vibrant festivals of the Kalash Valley, we realized that Pakistan held stories waiting to be told and experiences yearning to be shared.

This tour was crafted with a passion for showcasing the diversity of Pakistan—its ancient forts, bustling bazaars, serene lakes, and the unparalleled natural beauty that leaves a lasting impression. Our mission is to offer travellers an immersive journey, one that goes beyond the surface, revealing the true essence of a country that remains a mystery to many.

What To Expect

JOURNEY OVERVIEW: Across 16 days you’ll travel from Pakistan’s modern capital into the high valleys of the Hindu Kush and Karakoram. Expect a mix of landmark sightseeing, long scenic drives, and warm village hospitality, with time to absorb each region rather than rush through it.

ROADS, PACE & COMFORT: Several days involve 6–8 hours on mountain roads, including the Lowari route to Chitral and later the Karakoram Highway. The rhythm is early starts, comfort stops for tea and photos, and unhurried evenings. Weather can affect road timing, so flexibility is part of the experience.

CULTURE UP CLOSE: In Kalash you’ll experience the Chilam Joshi Spring Festival respectfully and at close range—music, dancing, rituals and community celebrations. Your expert guide helps with context and etiquette, and you’ll have opportunities for simple village walks and meaningful conversations.

HIGH PASSES & BIG VIEWS: Khunjerab Pass is a true high-altitude highlight, with crisp air, wide horizons and chances to spot wildlife like yaks and marmots in the national park. Expect cooler temperatures, strong sun, and unforgettable panoramas, plus quiet moments by Borith Lake.
