ANA Crown Plaza Hotel Kanazawa | Luxury Holidays in Japan | Asian Geographical Adventures

ANA Crown Plaza Kanazawa is a modern 4-star international style hotel, set close to JR train station in Kanazawa. Sometimes called “Little Kyoto,” Kanazawa is a superb destination in its own right. It’s home to one of Japan’s best gardens, some superb museums, well preserved traditional neighbourhoods and great restaurants. The city has a direct shinkansen (bullet train) connection to Tokyo, making it a perfect addition to the usual Tokyo-Kyoto itinerary.

Accommodation at the ANA Crown Plaza Hotel Kanazawa comprises of 249 guest rooms and suites. The rooms are modern and comfortable with plush beds, picture windows and modern bathrooms. Amenities include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge and free tea and coffee making facilities. There are several restaurants offering a choice of Western, Chinese, Japanese and Teppan-yaki cuisine. Kaga Restaurant and La Briller Sky Bar on the top floor are possibly the best in town.

In a city that lacks many good hotels, ANA Crown Plaza Hotel Kanazawa makes a particularly good option for business or leisure stays. The hotel is close to a large well-restored Kanazawa Castle. Nearby is the celebrated Kenroku-en Garden, which once formed the castle's private outer garden and presently, one of the three most famous gardens in Japan. And, within walking distance are the Geisha and Samurai districts, making this a great base from which to explore the city.
