Jing's Residence is a heritage, boutique hotel, set in the ancient city of Pingyao in Shanxi province of North China. The 2,700-year-old Pingyao is one of the last remaining walled cities of China, that was made famous by Chinese director Zhang Yimou’s film Raise the Red Lantern. Today, this Ming dynasty mansion of a silk merchant, is the city’s first true luxury accommodation.
