Como Point Yamu is a stylish resort, set on a secluded east coast peninsula of Phuket, in southern Thailand. Located high above Phang Nga Bay are 106 rooms, suites and villas, whose striking contemporary decor was created by Italian avant-garde design talent Paola Navone. Interiors feature COMO’s signature clean lines, pared-back minimalism using local materials in colour palette of cool blues and turquoises of the Andaman Sea, framed with floor to ceiling windows.
Dining options at the Como Point Yamu include delicately crafted Italian cuisine to heady and fragrant Thai dishes to a selection of healthy and delicious COMO Shambhala menus. In fact, there is a particular emphasis on wellness; sunrise yoga sessions, calming lighting, 100-metre outdoor pool and a luxurious spa. Nearly every room benefits from a private terrace and villas boast private swimming pools. There is no beach but there is a boat shuttle to private beach on a nearby island.
Stay Como Point Yamu features 79 rooms and suites and 27 private luxury villas. All come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes and are individually decorated. Villa accommodation ranges from the beautiful one-bedroom pool villas to larger four-bedroom pool villas, all full of natural light and views over the Andaman Sea or the Cape’s lush green surroundings. The Suites boast beautiful terraces and private verandas, pools, kitchenettes and terraces and plenty of lounging spaces.

La Sirena offering incredible views of the views over Phang Nga Bay, serves light Italian dishes including homemade cereals, wood-fired Italian cuisines with pizza and seafood. For an authentic taste of Thailand, Nahmyaa Restaurant takes inspiration from the delicious Thai street food cooking. For healthy living, go for the Como Shambhala cuisine which uses organic ingredients rich in vitamins and minerals.
