Naumi Hotel is a trendy, boutique hotel, set in the heart of the Singapore’s Central Business District. Designed by the Singapore-based firm Eco-id, which was behind the equally chic Metropolitan Hotel in Bangkok, Naumi is one of a very few quality, small-scale contemporary hotels on the island. Just a stone’s throw away from the Suntec Convention Centre, the Formula One Track, and a myriad of inner-city shopping centres, it’s ideal for those who wish to explore Singapore at night.
Housed in a 10-storey glass tower, Naumi Hotel has 73 rooms including 4 suites. Each room celebrates modern living, with a luxury twist. Expect coffee machines, Egyptian cotton sheets and SOAK bathroom products. AirPlay Mirroring linked to Apple TV lets you stay connected. Downstairs, Table by Rang Mahal serves delicious Indian cuisine, while on the rooftop Cloud 9 bar serves cocktails near an infinity pool with expansive views of the city.
Surrounded by sightseeing hotspots, Naumi Hotel is ideal for a city break. Walk down to the nearby Singapore Botanic Gardens, filled with orchids and tropical plants. Families may like to visit Universal Studios Singapore, the first amusement park of its kind to open in Southeast Asia. To explore the city’s less fast-paced side, head to Sentosa island, known for its golf, beach clubs, and family-centred activities. For a bird’s eye view, take a turn on the Singapore Flyer observation wheel.
Amenities
Location Naumi is located on Seah Street, in the heart of Singapore's business and civic district. It is a 5-minute train ride to Singapore’s bustling shopping district, Orchard Road, and a short walk from the striking Esplanade-Theatres on the Bay.
Getting there Fly into Singapore's Changi Airport (12-hour 45-minute international flight). Raffles Hotel is just 20-minutes from Changi International Airport, and easily accessible by taxi or by Singapore’s Mass Rapid Transit train system (stop at City Hall station).
When to go Any time’s a good time to go to Singapore. Practically on the equator, Singapore is constantly warm (the temperature never drops below 20°C) and humid and gets fairly steady year-round rainfall. The wettest months are supposedly November to January, when it’s also a degree or two cooler, while the driest are supposedly May to July, but in reality there is little distinction between the seasons.
