Amanoi is a tranquil clifftop resort set on a wide, mountainous promontory of Nui Chua National Park, overlooking Vinh Hy Bay, in southeastern Vietnam. At the centre is an open-air mountaintop building that houses the restaurant and bar, library, and terrace with views of the surrounding lush, tree-carpeted peaks. Situated within a beautifully manicured landscape, are 36 pavilions and residences, all utterly spacious creating a head-emptying feeling.
Accommodation at the Amanoi ranges from one to five free-standing pavilions with private swimming pools and some with spa facilities. The resort’s main spa has evolved a new programme based on Individual Wellness Immersions combined with specialised nutritional support. Physical activities include a fantastic array of water sports from snorkelling to kayaking and sailing to kite-surfing. Location Amanoi is situated on a wide, mountainous promontory of the Nui Chua National Park, overlooking one of Vietnam's most beautiful bays - Vinh Hy Bay. A marine reserve adjoins the National Park and is home to a large variety of sea corals, tropical fish species, hawksbill and green sea turtles.
Getting there Cam Ranh is the nearest airport and is served by domestic airlines from Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi. Upon arriving at Cam Ranh Airport, it takes 75-minutes by car to the Amanoi, which is situated 55km south of the airport. It's a beautiful drive hugging the coastline of some of Vietnam's most picturesque scenery.
When to go The temperature is warm throughout the year (average 29°C), yet hotter around months June and July and cooler around December. It will be very rainy from September till January, and dry for the rest of the year. Overall, the best time to visit is between February and June when rainfall is low and temperatures are pleasant. The temperatures can get hot during summer time and during the rainy season, particularly during October and November, rains can be frequent and heavy.
