Stay 

Avani Luang Prabang has 53 rooms in three categories: Rooms, Courtyard Rooms and Avani Rooms varying in size from 35 to 85 square meters. All are designed in open-plan style, to emphasize simplicity and comfort with clean lines and wood floors and furniture. The entry level Rooms are located facing south and west, the Courtyard Rooms feature private terraces and the Avani Rooms are larger, featuring either a spacious terrace or courtyard. Rooms have a mini-bar, Wi-Fi & TV.

ChildCare 

Families with children are welcome to stay at Avani but there are no specific facilities available for children. There is a pavilion where they children can play if it is raining. The restaurant offers a children's menu and babysitting can be arranged upon request.

Dine 

There is one restaurant at the Avani Luang Prabang, relaxed and atmospheric, with al-fresco and indoor seating. There is a choice at breakfast between buffet and a-la-carte, with fresh coffee, juices and tea, while lunch features classic bistro and Lao dishes. The dinner menu offers both French-influenced cuisine and local dishes, prepared and served in traditional Lao style. The wine list has been carefully chosen with a handpicked selection of both old and new world wines.

Relax 

Facilities at the Avani Luang Prabang include a 25-metre pool, set within the central garden and surrounded by comfortable and stylish day beds. The nearby Pool Bar serves freshly prepared smoothies, fruit drinks and homespun cocktails. The Massage Retreat offers a range of therapies, either in private treatment rooms or a relaxing common area. Yoga classes are available and there is also a fully equipped gym, including cardio equipment, weight stations and free weights.

Experience 

Avani is ideally located in central Luang Prabang. The hotel’s just across the junction from the main street, where you’ll find the daily night market and restaurants, riverside cafés and temples. Wander around the streets and marvel at the unique fusion of traditional and urban architectures influenced by 19th and 20th century European colonial settlers. Visit the Royal Palace Museum and just opposite the hotel is Mount Phousi, set on a 100m hill that serves as the unofficial town centre.
