Four Seasons Hong Kong – Luxury Stay in Central

Four Seasons Hong Kong a luxury, 5-star hotel, set in the heart of Hong Kong's financial district on Hong Kong island. But, although located in the centre of the city, it is slightly removed from its chaos. It has its own entrance to the International Finance Centre (IFC) mall, which links, by walkway, to the Central Ferry Piers, Central Business District, Central-Mid-Levels escalator and Macau ferry terminal. With such a central location, it serves as a perfect base from which to explore the city.

Accommodation at the Four Seasons Hong Kong comprises of 399 guest rooms including 54 suites. All rooms start at 45 sqm (larger than an average Hong Kong flat) and come with wall-to-wall windows accented by remote-controlled drapes with views of Victoria Harbour or Victoria Peak. Rooms are contemporary in style and spacious bathrooms have deep baths and walk-in showers.

Dining options include the Caprice, Hong Kong's finest French restaurant, and recipient of a Michelin two-star rating. Popular with the locals and Hong Kong’s most revered Cantonese restaurant is helmed by Chan Yan Tak, the first Chinese chef to earn three Michelin stars. There’s also a gorgeous Pool Terrace for poolside casual dining. Leisure facilities include a contemporary spa and an outdoor infinity pool and lap pool with underwater music and stunning views across the harbour.

Dine There are four dining options and two bars at the Four Seasons Hong Kong. The Caprice restaurant, is the Michelin-starred French restaurant overseen by French-born chef who gets many ingredients flown in daily from France. Even starrier is the exquisite Cantonese seafood and dim sum served at Executive Chef Chan Yan Tak’s renowned Lung King Heen, the world’s first Chinese restaurant to earn the coveted Michelin three-star rating.

Relax Outside the comfort of the guest rooms, the Four Seasons Hong Kong has four of the city’s best pools, complete with under-water music and uninterrupted views of the Victoria Harbour. In addition, there is a Spa specialising in ultimate pampering and includes 17 treatment rooms, a floatation tank, pedicure lounge and an indoor vitality pool.
