ChildCare The An Lam Retreats Ninh Van Bay is exclusive for adults, honeymooners and couples. Thus, children under 12 years of age are not recommended most time of the year except during the Tet holidays, which usually falls anytime in January or February and summer season from 15 June to 15 September.
Dine The striking spherical Sen Restaurant, built on a large rock formation jutting out over the sea, provides focal point for the whole hotel. The menu features creative Vietnamese cuisine as well as Western options and is complemented by an open-fronted teppanyaki kitchen. The Beach Bar is perfect for a relaxed cocktail by the sea or pool, while the Sunset Bar, set on the roof of the lotus-like restaurant, with unrivalled views serves a wide range of cocktails.
Relax Set in the surrounding rainforest, the An Lam Retreats Ninh Van Bay’s Jungle Spa has two open, airy treatment rooms – ideal for honeymooners. Location An Lam Retreats is located on a rocky peninsula of the stunning Ninh Van Bay, a few kilometres north of the bustling tourist town of Nha Trang, which is on the central coast of Vietnam. An Lam Retreats enjoys a secluded location in a sheltered bay, perched on the thickly forested mountainside and only accessible via speedboat.
Getting there Cam Ranh is the nearest airport, and is served by domestic airlines from Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi. Upon arriving at Cam Ranh Airport, it takes 60-minutes by car to the An Lam Lounge in Nha Trang City. It is then a short 20-minute boat ride to An Lam Retreats Ninh Van Bay.
When to go The best time to visit the Nha Trang area is between March and April, although anytime during the dry season (January to August) is good. Nha Trang is protected by the Truong Son mountains and this costal region of Vietnam is generally sunny all year round, with the exception of the wet season from August to mid-December, when you can expect strong sea breezes and chilly, wet weather.
