Tugu Malang features 49 air-conditioned rooms and suites, spread over three floors. The lead in Superior Deluxe are pleasant if small but the Executive Deluxe are larger and have a private balcony. All have polished wooden floors, large four-poster beds, bohemian artwork and unique regional antiques. Bathrooms are typically lined in marble, with baths made of gleaming beaten metal. Spacious suites include the grand Apsara Residence, possible the most spectacular room in Java. 

Childcare 

Families with children are welcome at Hotel Tugu Malang, but there are no specific facilities for children. Also, the place seems more suited to older children and adults.

Dining options at the Hotel Tugu Malang includes the stylish but peaceful Melati restaurant, famous for its original Indonesian old home cooking recipes, its Chinese Peranakan menu and old Dutch Colonial recipes. For something more Chinese, there is an intimate Babah Room and for a special blend of Java tea and coffee, there is Tugu Tea House located on the second floor with both indoor and outdoor seating area. There is also a well-stocked bar and wine cellar.

Experience

West of Tugu Malang is the flower garden of Coban Rais, providing beautiful views of the surrounding hills and popular with cyclists.
