Borjomi

Explore the significant Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, steeped in religious history. Proceed to Mukhrani village to visit the estate of Ivane Mukhranbatoni, a pioneer in Georgian winemaking. Enjoy a lunch and wine tasting, followed by a wine painting master class. Conclude the day in Borjomi, a spa town famous for its naturally carbonated mineral water. Visit Borjomi Central Park to experience Ekaterina’s Spring, where locals gather spring water.

Mestia

Start the day at Kutaisi’s Green Bazaar, sampling the region’s fresh produce, cheeses, and wines. Then head north to the Svaneti region, home to the highest mountains, glaciers, and the Svans, an ethnic subgroup with unique traditions and language. En route, enjoy the natural beauty of Martvili Canyons with a boat ride through the gorge. Lunch with a local family offers an authentic taste of West-Georgian cuisine and home-produced wines. Visit the Enguri hydroelectric power plant before arriving in Mestia, a highland town in Upper Svaneti, where you will stay at a family-owned hotel.
