DAY 1

Tashkent

Embark on your Central Asian adventure in Tashkent, the vibrant capital of Uzbekistan, where history and modernity converge. After settling into your hotel, set off to explore the spiritual heart of the city, the Khast Imam Mosque, home to the world's oldest Quran. Khiva

The journey continues with a flight from Tashkent to Urgench, followed by a scenic drive to the enchanting city of Khiva. Step into the past within the walls of Itchan Kala, the inner city that is a living museum of ancient architecture and history. Wander through its maze of historic buildings, including the majestic Djuma Mosque, supported by a forest of intricately carved columns. As evening falls, dine at Toza Bog, the opulent summer palace of Khiva's last Khan, a fitting end to a day of exploration in this timeless city.

Darvaza (Door to Hell)

Ashgabat

After breakfast in the desert camp, pack up and drive through the stark beauty of the Turkmenistan desert. Arrive in Ashgabat and check into your accommodation, where the evening is yours to rest and reflect on the desert's dramatic landscapes and the journey thus far.

Conclude with a visit to Ulugbek Observatory, where the medieval world meets the cosmos, inviting you to gaze into the heavens just as astronomers did centuries ago.

Samarkand

Begin with a journey to Samarkand's ancient paper mill, witnessing the preservation of traditional paper-making. Tashkent

Your return to Tashkent is marked by a picturesque drive, with a stop at Bakhmal village to discover the unique flavours of cotton honey. Back in the capital, the afternoon is yours to capture the essence of Tashkent, from bargaining for treasures at the covered market to soaking in the city's dynamic atmosphere. A farewell dinner provides a moment to reflect on the journey's myriad experiences.

DAY 14

Tashkent - Departure

On your final day, savour breakfast in Tashkent before checking out of your hotel. As you're driven to Tashkent International Airport, take a moment to bid farewell to Central Asia, its landscapes, and legacies still fresh in your mind, carrying with you memories of an odyssey through time and culture, ready for your onward journey.
